Candle FAQs

What wax do you use?
We use premium soy wax blends designed for a clean, long-lasting burn.

How long do your candles burn for?

Our small jars have a burn time of up to 19 hrs and large jars have up to 60 hrs. Our candles are designed for long-lasting fragrance and even burning.

How can I get the best burn from my candle?

For best results:

  • Trim the wick to 5mm before each use

  • Allow the wax to melt evenly across the surface during the first burn

  • Do not burn for more than 4 hours at a time

  • Keep away from drafts and flammable objects

Why is my candle tunnelling?

Tunnelling happens when the candle is not burned long enough on the first use. Always allow the wax to melt fully to the edges before extinguishing.

Are your candles strongly scented?

Yes — our products are carefully formulated to provide a beautiful scent throw without being overpowering.

How long do reed diffusers last?

Our reed diffusers typically last several weeks, depending on room temperature, airflow, and how often the reeds are turned.

How do I make my diffuser smell stronger?

Turn the reeds every few days to refresh the fragrance and place the diffuser in a well-ventilated area.

Where should I place my reed diffuser?

For best performance, place it in:
